What is collected
Two things. What you enter into the enquiry form or send by email — your name, email address, the domain you are asking about and any message you write. And anonymised usage data collected by Google Analytics, described below. There is no account system, no login and no customer profile.
Where enquiries go
The enquiry form posts to a Google Apps Script endpoint operated by Axiom, which records the submission to a private Google Sheet and emails it to the Axiom inbox. Google acts as processor for that step under its own terms. No other party receives it.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (property G-31DLZ3V1W5) to measure pages visited, session length and general device and browser information. It sets first-party _ga cookies to distinguish visitors. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google through this integration, and no advertising or retargeting cookies are used. You can opt out at any time with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or with any tracker blocker.
Use of your information
Enquiry details are used to reply to you, conduct any resulting transaction, and keep a record of that correspondence. Analytics data is used only in aggregate to understand which parts of the index are read. Neither is used for profiling, advertising or lead scoring, and there is no mailing list.
No disclosure or sale
Personal information is not sold, rented, traded or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes, and is not shared with advertisers or data brokers. If a transaction proceeds, the escrow provider collects its own information directly from you under its own privacy policy.
No payment data
No payment is solicited, accepted or processed through this site. Card numbers, bank details and other financial credentials are never collected, stored, transmitted or accessible to Axiom. Funds move through an independent escrow provider.
Sharing controls
The share control beside each name builds a link to X, LinkedIn or WhatsApp when you open it, and copies text to your clipboard when you ask it to. Nothing is sent anywhere until you choose a destination, and Axiom does not record which names are shared.
Third-party requests
Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Google Analytics loads from googletagmanager.com. The hidden iframe used to submit the enquiry form contacts script.google.com at the moment you press send. Those are the only third-party requests the site makes on its own.
No affiliate links
This site carries no affiliate links, sponsored placements or referral arrangements. Where a third party is named — an escrow provider, or a marketplace on which the same names are listed — it is named as a statement of fact, not for commission.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept as long as needed to reply, complete any resulting transaction and satisfy legal obligations. Records of completed transactions may be kept longer where law or dispute resolution requires. Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted periodically. Analytics data is retained under the Google Analytics default retention period.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and reasonable technical and organisational measures protect submitted information. No transmission over the internet is completely secure and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Your rights
Depending on jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the information held about you, and to object to its processing. Write to us and it will be actioned on confirmation that you control the email address concerned.
