Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms. By accessing or using AxiomDot.com ("the Site") or submitting any acquisition enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Axiom.

2. Use of the Site. The Site is a curated domain name marketplace. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate and complete information in any enquiry or submission, and to act in good faith in any transaction. Misuse of the Site, including submitting false or fraudulent enquiries, is strictly prohibited.

3. Domain Acquisitions. All domain listings are offered subject to availability and prior sale. No binding agreement is formed until both parties have confirmed the transaction terms in writing and escrow has been formally opened. Listed prices are denominated in USD and are subject to change without notice until a written agreement is confirmed. All sales are final once escrow is confirmed and the domain transfer is completed.

4. Third-Party Escrow Services. All domain transfer transactions are processed exclusively through independent, regulated third-party escrow service providers ("Escrow Services"). Axiom. does not hold, receive, process, or retain any payment, funds, or financial consideration directly. The Escrow Service applicable to any given transaction shall be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the transaction, buyer preference, and operational requirements at the time. Escrow Services referenced or described on this Site — including but not limited to Escrow.com, Atom.com, Sedo.com, and Spaceship.com — are cited as operational examples only.

5. No Endorsement of Escrow Services. Axiom. does not endorse, sponsor, certify, or officially recommend any Escrow Service, its parent company, affiliates, or associated brands. Any reference to a named Escrow Service on this Site does not constitute a partnership, affiliation, agency relationship, or commercial endorsement of any kind. Axiom. reserves the right to engage different Escrow Services at its sole discretion on a transaction-by-transaction basis without prior notice.

6. Escrow Service Liability Disclaimer. All payment processing, fund verification, fund holding, fund release, and related obligations are governed exclusively by the applicable terms and conditions of the Escrow Service engaged for that transaction. Axiom. is not a party to the escrow agreement between the buyer and the Escrow Service. Axiom. expressly disclaims all responsibility and liability for any act, omission, delay, error, system failure, fraud, insolvency, breach, or any other conduct or event arising out of or in connection with the operation of any Escrow Service. Any claim, dispute, or complaint relating to payment processing, fund handling, fund release, or transaction failure must be directed exclusively to the relevant Escrow Service in accordance with its own terms and conditions. Axiom. shall bear no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, cost, or delay — whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from or related to the acts or omissions of any Escrow Service.

7. Affiliate & Sponsored Links; Third-Party Services. The Site contains affiliate and sponsored links to third-party websites and services, including domain registrars. In accordance with standard disclosure practices, Axiom. may receive a referral commission if you follow such a link and complete a qualifying purchase or registration, at no additional cost to you. Such links are provided for convenience and informational purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement, warranty, or guarantee of any third-party website, product, or service. Third-party websites and services are operated independently and are governed exclusively by their own terms of service, privacy policies, and cookie policies. Axiom. has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, accuracy, availability, pricing, cookies, tracking technologies, data practices, products, or services of any third party. 8. Domain Transfer Responsibility. Upon confirmation of payment clearance by the applicable Escrow Service, Axiom. will initiate the domain transfer process in good faith and within a commercially reasonable timeframe. Axiom. is not liable for delays or failures arising from registrar processing times, ICANN policies, technical infrastructure of the registry, buyer inaction, or any circumstances outside Axiom.'s direct control. The buyer assumes all responsibility for confirming receipt of the domain within the escrow platform's stipulated confirmation window.

9. No Warranties. All domain names are sold on an "as-is" basis. Axiom. makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding trademark clearance, intellectual property status, search engine rankings, historical use, traffic, revenue, or fitness for any particular purpose. Buyers are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence prior to completing a transaction.

10. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Axiom., its operators, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to any domain transaction, use of the Site, or reliance on any information presented on the Site. Axiom.'s aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid to Axiom. directly in connection with the subject transaction.

11. Intellectual Property. All content on this Site, including domain listings, descriptive copy, design elements, and branding, is the property of Axiom. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

12. Modifications. Axiom. reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
